Action FastIn DistrictDEDHAM — Dedham blasted Willey 8-0 and Halbur downed Roselle 3-0 in the second district 9oftball tournament here Tuesday night.Dedham collected three hits coupled with walks and errors in downing Willey. All scores came in the last three innings.Bob Sporrer led off the fifthframe and drew and walk and Bob Irlbeck followed with a home run. In the sixth, Hoffman and Pomeroy walked and Felix Tigges was safe on an er-r and Hoffman scored. Bob Warner singled in Pomerv andTigges for the fourth and fifth Dedham runs.Bob Irlbeck led on the seventh with a single and Anthofer was safe on an error as was Hoffman with Irlbeck scoring. Tigges lifted a sacrifice fly to score Hoffman.In knocking off Roselle, Halbur scored two runs in the second. Don Bluml singled and Ron Berg tripled followed by a single by Jerry Gehling scaring Berg.The other Halbur run came in the sixth with a home run by Bill Heinrichs.Roselle had the bases loadedwith no one out in the second but failed to score.
