HilltoppersBegin Tourney;Plan InvitationalThe first round of the best ball tournament of the Hilltoppers Ladies League was played yesterday at Hillcrest Golf Course.Winners were: Mrs. Brooks Thomas — Mrs. William D. Leever; Mrs. Don Kocher — Mrs. C. E. Milam; Mrs. Earl J. Smith — Mrs. Robert Donnelly; Mrs. Don Fel^abaum Jr. — Mrs. James Dunham; Mrs. Donald W. Smith — Mrs. R. Eugene Slough; Mrs. Ralph Gibbons — Mrs. Bob Nique; Mrs. Eugene Rogers — Mrs. Charles Vandlik; Mrs. B. J. Roberts —Mrs. Ervin W. Miles.Low on par 5 was the weekly tournament which was won by Mrs. James G. Delaney, 13; Mrs. Donnelly, 14; Mrs. Rogers, 14; Mrs. Milam, 15; Mrs. Nique, 16; Mrs. Sam Racette, 16; Mrs. Slough, 16; Mrs. Thomas, 20.Next week Hilltoppers will host an invitational tournament for the Fairview and Sycamore Springs Golferettes. Reservations should be called today to Mrs. Donald W, Smith. Coffee and rolls will be served from 8-8:30. Tee off time is at 9 a.m.. with lunch and awarding of prizes following.tI
