Clark Winner In South Penn Feature RaceHerb Clark led the 22-car feature race for 38 of its 40 laps Thursday night to take the checkered flag at South Perm Speedway*s second-best-attended program of the season, In all, 29 cars took part in. the program which saw two rollovers and a number of spectacular pile-ups.
