j No Restraint on Fireworks*ANDERSON. Ind.. July 4.—There wasj practically no restraint on the use of fireworks to-day, and the celebration of the Fourth, although mi individual one. was noisy. The Country Club entertainedthe Muncle Club and several visitors, and this afternoon there was a golf contest • between Harry ColUs. of French Lick. I and Robert Fullarton, of Indianapolis. Aparty of Indianapolis people witnessed the CoUie-Fullarton contest, remaining for the dance to-night. There were also ballgames at the park between the Navies, of this city, and the Reserves, of Indiana-1 polls. a . •1
