Only One Man Finished.Muxcik, Ind.. July 2.—The bicycle road race from Indianapolis to Mathews via Muncie was pronounced the hardest ever run. Thirty-six men started and but one finished. He was Marshall Taylor (colored), IS years, who covered the 75 miles .-in- eight hours and twenty minutes. It rained all day and the race was in deep mud and water.
