Practice ^essionv got under way this week for the top graduating seniors of the Public and Catholic Leagues who will clash on Wednesday evening, July 21 in the second annual Chicago High School All-Star Football game at HansonStadium, Central and Full ertonIhe Public League lumi naries. under the direction of veteran Lane Tech men tor A1 Manasin and nine assistants, are going through their practice stints at Dunbar High School and at Hanson Stadium Catholic League standard bearers are being coached by TomPowers of Loyola and eight Catholic League colleagueswho are going through their practice sessions at HansonParkManasin, who retired this spring after a highly successful career with Lane’s Indians, will have seven of his own Lane Tech players on his Public League roster.They are Richard Rozkusz*ka and Nathan Bryant, line backers; John Tedesco and Mike Lampa. guards; Jeff Mazur, right tackle; Phil Lopez, fullback and Youree Holloway, running back.Also on the Public League all-star contingent are Jesus Perez of Kelvvn Parkand Orlando Brown of OrrSeveral Catholic Leagers from the West and Northwest areas who are familiar to prep grid fans are on the Catholic League roster. They include all state end Bob Niziolek and Bob Rau tenburg of Weber, fullback Kevin Prendergast, tackle Mike Wolfe and tackle John Powers of Fenwick and Dan Plantz and Mike Cukierski of (Jordon Tech.* *Weber coach Jim llott-man. who guided the Catholic eleven to victory last July in the first all-star e, will be one of the assistant's to Powers for thisyear's spectacle. Also aiding Powers in the prepara tion of this year’s Catholic League eleven are George Badke of Fenwick and Tom Winiecki of Gordon TechJudging by the great amount of interest shown in last year's game, which at traded a sell-out crowd, an other capacity house is ex pected for this year’s game.
