Titan track teams nMen return 4 All-AmericansBY JOE AVENTO A*T sports editorThe 1985 version of the UW-Oshkosh track team has a tough act to follow.Last season, the Titans placed eighth at the NCAA Division 3 national meet, their best finish ever. UW-O also finished second at both the WSUC indoor and outdoor championships.But while UW-O lost a great deal of talent from that team, Akin said he has the makings of a good team.Gone are Neil Taylor, an All-American in four events last year; Bryan Meyers, an All-American in the 400-meter relay and Frank Calvert, the conference champion in the decathalorv '“We’re going to miss those three guys immensely,” Akin said.Once again, the Titans’ strengths will be the running events. Akin admitted his squad could be weak in some of the field events.Four All-American performers.
