Bill Epps, the executive director ] of Kids, Inc. will resign March I,’ Epps has accepted new duties with Slate Farm Insurance Co. He . will continue to make his homeJ ift Amarillo. i^ Joe Healy, president of the Kids.Inc.. board of directors said Mon*L day that no replacement has been employed. The board is interested in interviewing applicants for the rj job. Healy explained. Require* ments include a college degree in some field of recreation.
