Pedro was a cadet here for two years, 1955-57.Rodriguez on January 2 drove a Cooper-Maserati to victory in thelSouth African Grand Brix at Johannesburg.He and his brother, Ricardo, competed for the Mexican Grand Prix before they were old enough to drive on public roads. Ricardo was killed in a practice run four years ago.Rodriguez and Phil Hill, his partner, won the 1964 Daytona, Fla., Continental. He has driven racing cars and sports cars all over the world and has won many contests, including the Continental in 1963 by himself.On February 4, he and Jean Guichet, current French driving champion, will compete as partners again in the Day-tin /\
