VANCOUVER — Joe Kryczka of Calgary, president of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, Monday was named amateur sport executive of 1972. Kryczka, one of the forces behind the Canada-Russia hockey series last fall, has been president of the CAHA for two yearsm However, he said after receiving the award, that he will not seek re-election in May and that his successor will be Jack Devine of Belleville. Ont.
