DENIES COURT CHALLENGEof $mm CONTRACTSYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - A court challenge of a $266,000contract awarded earlier this month to cover the cost of repairs to fire-ravaged MacArthur Stadium was denied Tuesday in State cupreme Court.J The action was attempted by the A.J. Beaudette construction firm whose petition was denied I by Justice George H.,Vinette. The Beaudette Company was the st^md low bidder for the remodeling job at the home of the Syracuse Chiefs of the International Baseball League.
