J. Poundstone, of - southwestern, found that Arnold had violated a conference rule by playing with the Southern Kansu Stage Lines team last year. The Stage Liners also included Ralph Winftgamer, a professional baseball player. Technically. Arnold rendered himself ineligible by playing with the so-called pro team after once participating for Wichita U. But after a conference vote, he was re-instated.Bed Sbadoan, another Wichita player, voluntarily offered the information that he had also participated with an independent team last year. His case was treated similarly and he too played against the Builders last nlghL Bay Bee-man, a third member of the Wichita team, has been declared ineligible by his own school for playing with an independent team this year.Bill Jutngllng, former Emporia High and C. of E. athlete, is a member of the Denver Piggly Wiggleys (better known as the Denver Pigs) who are plying the Wichita Hen-rys in Denver, Cblo., tonight.
