Griflo Again. jJustice Foster of Chicago last week gave Albert Griffiths, better known a* Young Griffo, 24 hours in which toleavt* # towu. He had been arresred in the! Clover Leaf saloon on State street,where :■he had wtarted a fight-, but he promised j to go to Brooklyn and was released. He ; failed to go, but instead again entered j the Clover Leaf and within a few minutes a general fight was in progress. Griffo cleaned oat the place, and, seizing a billiard cne. ran across the street ‘ into the Park theater and took a .seat f near the stage. Waving the cne over his head he dared anyone in the audi-j ence to approach him, and it wan with difficulty that he was induced to leave. When the prize tighter reached the street he became violeut and was about I to assault a man when two officers cauie| up aud arrested him.i
