Girls* Team DefeatsTheir Elders 14 to 6The spectators witnessed a snappy game last Friday night when the alumni girls played the -present Post-ville sextet.The two alumni guards ‘clicked’ especially well. The other members of the alumni team, as well as all the members of the high school team, showed splendid teamwork and sportsmanship.Coach Sullivan’s excellent advice during the half period changed the score from 4 to 2 at the half, to 14 to 6 in favor of the high school girls at the end of the game.Marie Everman, Ora Fischer, Janet Sanders, Opal Handy, Leeone Zieman, Murtis Weihe, Dorothy Deering, and Florence Everman played on the alumni team.Sander, Ewing, A. M. Schultz, Sebastian, Hale, Jones, Hangartner, and H. McNeil represented the younger group.
