The bout is scheduled to take place in the arena of the Oakland, Cal., Athletic clnb, and will be for 20 rounds. Straight Marquis ofQueens bury rules, without fancy Interpretations, will govern the contest.The last important fight Simms had was with Martin Duffy, at the International club, of Detroit.
