Master of ceremonies was Morris Frank of Houston.Five players in addition to Pardee were singled out for awards.Center Lloyd Hale of Iraan, Tex., was named best blocking lineman; halfback Joh.. Crow of Springhill, La„ best blocking back; tackle Charles Krueger, Caldwell, best overall lineman; and halfback Loyd Taylor, the Herb Smith award for the outstanding “little man.”The Williamson rating system All-America award went to guard Dennis Goehring of San Marcos.jv
