New Black BeltsThe Kick Masters Karate System, Frostburg, recently conducted a Black Belt examination where Brian L. Blocher (at left in front), adult Black Belt, and Jaron L. Hawkins (front, right), junior Black Belt, were promoted to their current ranks. The KMKS Black Belt Board, which approved the promotions, consisted of, back row from left; Rick Rando, 1st Degree Black Belt; Scott Robertson, 3rd Degree Black Belt and KMKS Senior Black Belt; Ronald Burner, 4th Degree Black Belt and KMKS president; and Jon Vitak, 1st Degree Black Belt.
