Matador WrestlersCAC, Mesa1BattleArizona Western College’s wrestling Matadors will be gunning for two more wins tomorrow when they face Central Arizona College and Mesa Community College.The Matadors, svho sport a 7-3 record, take on Central at 3 p.m. at Signal Peak before traveling to Mesa for a 7:30 p.m. match.Starting things off for Western will be 118-pound Ed Kneclit with J26-pound John Knecht slated to go in thenext bout. At 134 pounds for Western it will be Bill Barefoot,Mitch Kuiz will be Western’s 142-pounder while Pete Rhodes will be ready for the !50*pound fray.Ai 158 pounds for Western it will either be Ben Rowe or Greg Garcia with either Ralph Richnrdson or Mitch Conrad going in the 167-pound bout. Either Alten Reid or George Mitchell will be Western's 177 pounder.The Matador wrestler who doesn’t wrestle against Central will see action against Mesa that evening.Bill Moody will be Western’s 190 pounder while Dan Prickett is slated for the unlimited match.Western returns home Jan. 18th when the Matadors host Glendale Community College — the only state team to beat AWC.
