When secu at his rooms in the West House today, Watts talked entertainingly. He is nor a boaster and speaks very lightly of his success in the ring. He was a waiter in a hotel up to three years ago when ho made his first appearance as a fighter. Since then his record has beeu almost phenomenal and he is today the bost colored fighter in his class. He is really a welterweight, and in his training he will try to take on flesh. He expects to weigh from liH to led pounds.
