High Cage Teams TooAgile For The AlumniBasketball .fans saw some thrilling moments Friday night in the annual games (between the Alumni boys’ and girls’ teams -and the high school teams which the high school teams won. The girls’ game resulted in a 31 to 10 win for the high school lassies, and the boys’ game ended up 'With a 45 to 40 score for the 'high school team.The Alumni boys made it interesting for the Collinsites right from the start by taking the scoring lead and at the half the count stood 22 all. In the second half the lead alternated repeatedly but with- a minute to play the snappy, scrappy youngsters pulled out ahead to.win 45 to 40.For the Alumni George Kellehesr, Irving tDeering, ’Ralph LaVelle, Milo Meier and Frankie iBangartner, Merle Lange and Kenneth Schultz saw action. LaVelle had a dead eye for free throws, garnering 11, while the field goals were quite evenly divided among the players.For the high school Curtis Abernathy found the hoop for 21 points of his team’s total, while Bobbie Kel-leher, Bobbie Barrington, Don Bush and Bobbie Hangartner played their usual alert game.The Alumni girls who saw action were Murtis Weihe, Berniece Burling, Doris Schultz, Leeone Zieman, Dorothy Deering, Ora FiScher, Mabel Ewing and Irene Meland.
