PAUL RACEGrandview wiU be represented attjie 500 Mile Winnipeg to St. PaulSnowmobile Race January 21, 22and 23rd. *A team consisting of Ron Myers •driver; Bert Barnett - mechanic; and Roy Pauli assistant, will beentering the race, running John Deere’s newest 340/S race machineThe race is the highlight of the St. Paul Winter Carnival, with 330 machines leaving Winnipeg on January 21st, with those drivers andmachines still in the running arriving in St. Paul. Minnesota, on January 23rd. This race is a tough test of both men and machines. The entry is being sponsored by the Grandview Co-op Limited, with technical assistance from JohnDeere. ' ,The Coop is planning Open House on Saturday afternoon, January 4th. Drop in - see the newest of the ‘Big John’ machines - have a free cup of coffee, and offer yourencouragement to Ron and hishelpers.
