Baseball thrived In Pampa and four teams were organized. The Danciger Roadrunnera were declared city champions and also won the Amarillo tournament. The team managed by Aaron Ward, former second baseman for the New York Yankees, who succeeded Ike Lister at tho reins, won 21 games and lost 0. Tho team scored an average of O'.C- runs per game.
