Pulaski Men’s League* • * • 'Clark’s clinches men’sseason crown** * Clark’s Crew clinched the regularseason crown and an unbeaten mark heading into the playoffs with a 108-54 blasting of Rt. 100 Auto Sales Thursday at the Pulaski Armory.The victory made Clark’s (13-0) in regular season play just one game better than runnerup, No Names (12-1).Charles Arnold poured in 33 points to lead Clark’s, while Saminy Poindexter scored 20, Jerome Brown 19 and Bobby Hunter 16.Poindexter was named Co-Regular Season Most Valuable Player sharing the,-award voted on by team captains and league officials with Dennis Shrewsberry of ■ Stevens Funeral home.It was Poindexter’s first MVP* . •award after finishing runnerup three times. Shrewsberry claimed his sixth MVP honor, and has three Open League and three Over 30 League awards.Jerome Brown and Bobby Hunter combined for 35 points.Clark’s starting lineup now boast three MVP award winners in Hunter (1989), Brown (1991) and Poindexter.• * .Clark’s also disposed of Coca Cola 103-69 as Brown, Hunter and Poindexter ail surpassed 20 points.
