Groggy After Third Round.[By International News Ser/ice.lPhiladelphia, Pa., Feb. 26.—Eddie Palmer of New Orleans, defeated Jeff Smith in their six-round /out at the American Athletic club tonight. Palmer dropped his man in the third round for a count of three. When he arose he was groggy and stalled , the remainder of the fight.
