Chaffey High School, its enthusiasm whetted by an opening round CIF soccer win over Santa Ana, goes after “big game” Friday afternoon at 4 when the Tigers return to Graber Field, on their No. Euclid Ave. (at 4th St.) campus, to test the Southland s No. 2 prep power, South TorranceCoach Serian Stepanian's forces had to go into overtime Tuesday to turn back the Saints, 2-1, while South Torrance was advancing with a 3-0 win over Harvard.But Stepanian notes that scouting reports indicate an aggressive offense is best suited to cope with the visitors, who have compiled a 21-2-1 won-lost-tied record this season.Losses were inflicted bv Palos Verdes and No.•w1 ranked Santa Barbara.Chaffey has a quality team . too, but lacks the longevity in the sport that belongs to Bryant’s club.
