Courts— Score 20 to 15.HAVERHILL, Feb 25-Natlck won thefirst game in the New England basketball league aeries from Haverhill tonight after the hottest contest seen on the local surface this season. The score was 20 to 16. The visitors took the leadat the outset and were never headed. The team work of Natick was of spectacular order and Mayhem and Muiliner made several fine snots. Hough was back In the Natick lineup and led his team mates with remarkable cleverness.Wachter was kept out of th© going by the combined attacks of Haverhill's backs, and Capt Kennedy, who is depended upon to start the combination work, was .also closely guarded. In the third period Williamson was ordered into the game, and during his brief stay | he added materially to tiie strength of the homo team.
