New VoBK.Feb. 2B.—Billy MaddeD, manager of Out Ruhlln, reached New York from the Pacific coast. lt;*n the way he stopped at the Ft. Erie club and signed Ruhlln to tight any man In the world at any date that would suit the club. The Ft. Erie clti'u said Madden could take his choice of a110.000 purse for Corbett and Ruhlln,110.000 for Fitz and Ruhlln, a $15,000 purge for JetT and Ruhlln or 65 per cent, of the urors receipts f r any of the fights. “Now, I am not bluailig,” said Madden. “We want to tight. 1 am ready to pist $10,000 for a tight with Corbett and Ruhlln is willing tobet $20,000 on the result.”
