GREAT ICE SPORT.H Sailing « n the Bay a Favorite Past £ , time.•- ' lee boating on the bay has been one e | of the most enjoyable out of door sports for several days past. There are more ice boats on the bay this season thar: there have been in any previous win ters and the ice is clearer from snow than usual. Saturday it was entirely clear and owners of ice boats took advantage of the high wind blowing and they and their friends enjoyed many pleasant rides up and down the bay. Sunday's storm drifted snow on the ice lt;and this interferes to some extent with j I the speed of the ice boats. j tSkate sailing is also a favorite past time among young people and has been greatly enjoyed during the past j £»few days. j
