From staff reportsCorona del Sol’s Marie Folsom set another scoring record Wednesday night and she’s got at least one more game to add to her total.Folsom scored 26 points and teammate Jenny Lill added 24 as the Lady Aztecs took care of the Yuma Kofa Kings, 64-52, in the first round of the 5A girls’ state basketball tournament at Corona del Sol.Folsom, who earlier this year eclipsed the all-time scoring mark among Phoenix area players, set the state record for scoring in a career with her effort on Wednesday.Folsom, a 5-foot-8 senior guard, entered the contest with 2,157 points and needed just six to pass Willcox’s Shawn Coder (2,162) as the all-time leader. Folsom scored her sixth point of the game when she made two free throws with 14 seconds left in the first quarter.Kofa (22-4) had four starters score in double figures led by Gina Amaya with 17.
