Reagan County faces ItascaDENTON-The Reagan County Owls will meet the Itasca Wampus Cats at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the Class A regional tournament here, which will be held on the campus of North Texas State University.Reagan County defeated Early, 61-54, Tuesday to advance to the regional tournament while Itasca won a narrow, 60-59, victory over Moody in the bi-district playoffs Tuesday.Sanger will test Whitewright at 7 p.m. Friday in the other Class A regional tournament bout. Whitewright has. been declared as the tourney favorite, carrying a high state ranking.Reagan County will take a 25-6 record into the tournament.
