Ferry electedJames E. Ferry was elected president of the Norwich Baseball AssociationFriday at a meeting in the Elks Club.Elected vice president was Charles H. Skinner. JohnMaiurano was elected secretary-treasurer.Directors named were Ed Lee, Frank Moore, Don Collier, Hart-ley Ackley, Richard Jaycox, Milton Smith, and Ed O’Neil.Dave Petley was appointed manager of the Empire State League team.Other teams in the league are Owego, Greene, Skaneateles, Cortland, Homer, Whitney Point, and Bainbridge.
