Red Jackets To Tackle House Of Davids Monday; Terrible Swedes In MarchWOONSOCKET, Feb. 15-^Special)-Basketball fans of Woonsocket and vicinity will have a chance to see one of the nation’s fastest traveling clubs when the House of David quint of Benton Harbor, Mich., clash with the Red Jackets of Woonsocket on Monday, Feb. 20.The whiskered cagers will present one of the strongest lineups on the road this winter, including Kline, Blieding and Buffalo, forwards; Reber, center; Bennett and Williams, guards.Blieding and Williams are membersof the famous House of David baseballteam. Blieding is the catcher and battery mate of the famous pitcher, GroverCleveland Alexander. Williams plays second base.Another powerful traveling team will play in Woonsocket as Olson’s Terrible Swedes have been billed to play here inMarch. This team is said to be the only back hand passing outfit in America.
