Selby alleged that his wife had abandoned him because of religious convictions’. She became a member o-f the Free Love sect and toldj her husband she could not live with him. As she admitted in court that she had abandoned him the divorce was granted1.A few years ago when “Kid” McCoy returned home -suddenly he found oneof the missionaries of this sect livingat his home, his father having become disgusted with the actions of his wife and the missionary. The -missionary suddenly disappeared when McCoy arrived, and neighbors said he did so under threats from the pugilist to use him for a punching bag. -o--——
