There is a story going the rounds of the eastern papers now that Fitzsimmons vent into a court room in Boston the other day and sat down and as the case on trial did not interest him he pulled out a newspaper and began reading. The court bailiff when he saw iiia, w;. - to him and called him down telling him that it was against the rules of the court anti that he would either have to quit reading or get out. Fitzsimmons quit reading and when the bailiff went Dark to his desk the judge leaned over to him and asked him if he knew who the man was that he had just called down. He answered that he did not and did not care. When he was told that it was the ex-champion he colored up and was very busy on some court work.***
