The match vill be under the rules of the N«w York state boxin# commission. Selection or a referee was not made.Willard will receive $40,000 tinder the signed contracts and a bonus of $7,500 and 51 per cent of the moving picture receipts. Moran's share will be $30,000, a bonus of $3,5.00 and 30 per cent of the film receipts.Junes, on behalf of Willard, posted $5,000 cash as a forfeit for Willanl’s appearance, and a check for wasposted on Moran's behalf. Rickard filed a $10,000 tfheck and McCracken $£-.000 as guarantee money. This toral of SU2,500 was turned over lo the stakeholder.Besides the $10,000 guarantee money-filed by Rickard today, another $30,000 will bo posted by him 24 hours before the tight. making the total of $40,000 of Willard’* contract purse. McCracken will post $15,000 for Moran in addition to the $6,006 he guarantees today.It was announced tonight that promoters. fighters and others interested would meet here tomorrow to select a referee.
