WILKINS HEADS YOUNG ATHLETESHIGH SCHOOL HAPPENINGS PHYSICS CLASS TO SEE X-RAYS MONDAY.Louts Wilkins, of Lombard college,III., lias entered high school. He 'as asistant physical trainer, while in Lombard and the boys feel that they have a valuable addition to their athletic association in Wilkins.Monday the physic class will visit the office of Stewart and Gilbert for the purpose of examining their X-ray.The 3-1 class has met and organized for the second term of school. Jason Cohee was elected president, Lucil? Markley secretary and Fred McCullough treasurer.The boys interested in athletics met Friday evening and elected their officers for the season. Quite an interesting meeting was held and a number of sugestions were made as to the establishment of a permanent association. Arrangements have been made to rent, the rink for a month so that the boys may have a chance to get practice be- i fore the spring opens. At the meeting * regular officers were elected. Louis ; Wilkins was elected field captain and , Paul Barnett manager. • Wilkins was elected unanimous but Barnett had : two opponents. George Dingman and i Oraer Trick. Omer Trick received four votes and Dingman two. while Barnet got 27. Lloyd Powell was the only one of the committee appointed to investigate the by-laws and -plans 01 other associations who has received an an- -swer. On this account the organization of an association was postponed i until the other members of the com- : mittee receive answers.n
