) Bantam IIBantam Tier II Kings won the consolationevent in the annualj Yorkton tournamentover the weekend.Dauphin defeated the Estevan Bruins in their first game, 7-2. Scoring for Dauphin was Paul Anderson and Billy Fraser, with two each, \ Bryan Roth, Sheldon » Zdan and Wade Bartley. Troy Moroz scored the Estevan goals.^ The Bantam Kings j lost their second game \ to the Regina Optimists, 5-2. Paul Anderson ac-j counted for both Dauphin goals. Scoring r for Regina were Scott d Marcia, three, Rob Harvey and Neal a Donovel.\ Winning their thirdgame against Swan River, 9-2, Dauphin moved to the finals.Scoring for Dauphin were Sheldon Zdan and Paul Anderson, each with a hat trick, Billy Fraser, Todd Kennedy and Bryan Roth. Scoring for Swan River were Daryl Ferland and Michael Bourgealt.In the final game, Dauphin faced Regina Scotia Hawks, defeating them 5-4. Dauphin point getters were Billy Fraser, Sheldon Zdan(2), Paul Anderson and Darcy Boguski.Scoring for Regina were Troy Jaster, Brent Bachiu, Steve McNabb and Derek Crawford.The team travels to Souris this weekend to take part in Brandon’s Bantam tournament.
