The presentation of the Minor Hockey Plaque to me by Mr. Logie SmeUie. on behalf of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, is one of, if not the nicest thing, that has happened to me. I am positive this award would not havej j eonre about if I had not had j p. the wonderful co-operation of friends, boys and parents during the past eleven years. Working with boys from Russell has always been a pleasure to me. and if I have given them any incentive to becomefine young men not only in sport hut hi community life then I will say I have been paid in full. Although names should not be mentioned I feel I must name one who has been a tremendous help to me in past years, so I say thanks to George Allen I hope I will be able to carry on a few more years, promoting the interest in Minor Hockey inMklt;Elt;S|neIderGiS3EcRussell.—Jack Thom, Coach eh
