Lions Maul BisonsDAYTON — Even without the full services of Steve Aden. Dayton defeated a scrappy Worthington team last nignt, 71-47.The comment made most about Worthington is that they will make you play a full fourQuarters Without Aden, who rew two early fouls and played perhaps 10 minutes in the game, Worthington trailed only by eight after three quarters.However, in the fourth quarter, Aden's counterpart, Denny Boltz fouled out, limiting Worthington’s ability to score Here Dayton put thetame away, outscoring the lisons 27-11 in the final quarter.Bill Keed and Scott Bussard carried the scoring and rebounding burdens tor Daytonin Aden's absence. Heedfinished with 24 points andseven rebounds while Bussard had 18 and eight.Despite curtailed playing time, Boltz still led the Bisons with 18 points and six rebounds Dave Smith scored 14 points.Dayton also won the JVSame, 45-33.
