It was the first tie game ever recorder! on the local floor and was due to an error made by tho youth who had charge of the score board. He had credited Liston with one too many points and when the second half ended the score as posted stood 29 to 28 in favor of I^ebanon. The crowil and players thinking the game was over left the hall. The official scorers after figuring up the totals on their bocks, found that in reality the score was atir. The players were notified but Lizton asked that the game be declared a tie and manager Demarec of the Lebanon tea tncon-sented.Lizton played a great passing game and its work in that respect was noteworthy. Lebanon seemingly could not get together until the last four minutes of play.
