The 8th Div’s Jeremy Speak not only had his perfect record spoiled in a 220-pound tussle with 32nd AADCOM's Raymond Reed,but lost a very close, fiercely-contested match and the title.Speak nearly had takedowns on four occasions but each time Reed came down off the mat. Reed went ahead, 2-1, in the second period when Speak was penalized one point for passivity — not being aggressive enough. The chunkier Reed got a takedown at the buzzer as Speak was trying desperately to turn thetables.
