If baseball Sunday Is right and wise,there is no reason why it should be legalized in Indianapolis only. Why should it belegal to do in Indianapolis what the law forbids in Terre Haute, Muncle or Lafayette? It is not complete answer to say that the people in those cities do notask for a change in the law, or thatthe law' there is a dead letter. With what consistency can the State say if you do thus and so on Sunday at Oreencastle or Richmond, you shall be subject to arrest and ftne; but if you do it at Indianapolis all will be well?
