Ben'ton Harbor—The House of David kas filed suit for $25,000 damages in tne United States Federal Court in New York against Louis Murphy, New York sports promoter. The Benton Harbor colony alleges Murphy has been illegally using the House of David’s name in promoting base ball and basket ball teams.
