GlendalestumpsJaysSPRINGFIELD - The Jefferson City Jays ran into a tough Glendale defense here Monday night and chopped their opening game in the Springfield Glen-dale Holiday Tourney to the hostteam, 91-65,In the other first round game, Springfield Hillcrest slipped past West Plains, 53-51.Tonight the Jays will face West Plains at 7 p.m. and Hillcrest and Glendale will square off in the championship game of the four team tourney.Bob Holliway again led the Jays in scoring with 25 points, 11 of them coining on free throws.
