The center of the base ball map of the United States was changed last week from New York to French Lick when Garry Hermann, of the National League, Ban. Johnson of the American and Pres. John K. Tencr, with his sec'y John Hcydler and several of the base ball magnates met there to take a week’s outing and prepare the playing schedule for 1916. The valley is full of base ball talk. It is OYcn hinted that the West Baden Sprudels are begging for a franchise and want to get into fast company. They might be able to interest Cincinnati or Pittsburg, but oh! You Braves or Giants, nothing doing with the Sprudels.
