The monthly meeting of El-phinstone District Scout council discussed future planning for the development of Camp Earl Haig.District Cubmaster G. ; Thatcher was presented by District Commisioner N. Rudolph with his Pack Scouter’s Gilwell neckerchief, woggle, parchment and Wood badge.
