This journey to the Land Down Under will help prepare players for a future career as a baseball player, either at the collegiate or professional levels, as they need to be in top physical and mental condition in order to compete every day.The State Team Australian baseball players are the best in their country. Many are professional players and Olympic team players. The Goodwill players will train with professional coaches, scouts and athletic trainers and will play a series of 12 games in two weeks, in two different cities and stay with Australian Billets'* or host families, so that they may truly understand the meaning of Australian hospitality and the Goodwill part of the series!Pinnegar, while playing baseball this past summer for the Ukiah Travel Warriors, was scouted and invited to play baseball in Australia with the Goodwill SeriesOrganization. He was bom and raised in Ukiah and lives to play baseball. Pinnegar has been playing ball since he was four-years-old (tee ball). He played for the North Ukiah Little League (MILL). Babe Ruth League, as well as the Ukiah TnlVII * Warriors andi Ukiah High School. He has been on the All-Star Teams (NULL andBabe Ruth) for the last five years.
