The Bullfrogs put three players in double figures with Clendon Babb leading theway with 19. He finished as the Cats’ leading scorerDurant’s Sherlene Lilley was the game’s leading scorer with points, while Rhonda Collins topped Sulphur with 19.boys trailedwith 16 points, 14 of those after intermission. Ed Smith tallied t^e fjnai stanza trailing 40-33quarter before heading15 for the Cats and Sam Darst 11. Graham’s Steve Anderson was the game’s top point producer with 23 tallies.The Atoka girls got off to a horrendous start in falling behind Tish 12-0, but they regained their poise to pull within five points at the end of the first quarter.on during theDonnie Husband topped all scorers with 26 points andpacedCreek downed Thackerville 55-45slipped past Wapanucka 52-48outscored the Eagles 17-10 in the third quarter to take a one-point lead into the fourth quarter.But, Grant topped the Indians 17-12 in the final period to come away with the 52-48 victory.Three Wapanucka players hit for double figures with Dennis Morgan leading the way with 13 points. Steve Foster added 12 and Roy McFarland 11, but it wasn’t enough to offset Grant.In the Big Eight Conference Tournament at Stratford, Wayne advanced to the consolation finals with a 42-39 win overboysput itself in a hole early by scoring only two points in the opening period.
