The game was close all the way,but the Rockets remained, out in«front. 'Midway in the fourth quarter the ice suddenly broke for the Rockets as Perry quickly Strengthened, and the score at the end of regulation play was 63-63.All Roland fans attending the game were wonderiing, “Could the tall and mighty Rockets pull through and come out on top?” (Rut the local five did not accomplish this, for as the buzzer sounded indicating thepend of overtime play, the score was 68-67 in favor of Perry.Overall high scorer was Perry's Turner, who canned 24 points.
