Tim Gibson 21 and AllenSmith named all-loop pickCHICAGO lAP) — Kriss Smith of Ottumwa has received postseason league honors from the Chtcagoland Football league.Smith, a kicker for the champion Newton Nite Hawks, was named to the first team offense.Other teammates on the first unit were wide receiver Hon Wilson, quarterback Stan Allspach, running back Jerry Moses and punter Ken Wisgerhof.Moses was named the league’s most valuable offensive player averaging 7.8 yards per carry.Bernie Peters, tormer lather standout, was another first team choke representing the Quad-City Mohawks
